My kitten, Tuck, keeps leaving his bird toys by his food dish. I don't know if he thinks he is feeding the birds or if he got distracted and left them there while he ate. Who knows? He isn't telling me.
The kitten also loves to play. His favorite time to play is at 3 AM in my bed. Luckily for me, he likes to wake up my husband for playtime. Tuck enjoys fetch, so when we throw the toy off the bed (usually one of these birds), he jumps off the bed and brings it back. Over and over again.
He is a very interactive cat. It's just too bad he doesn't want to wait until we're awake to play.
I read that dogs prepare you for babies while cats prepare you for teenagers.
Personally, I'd rather have teenagers. They are much more interesting and weird.
